Do local and staging sites count against activations?

No! If you need extra activations for a local or staging site, click Help in the bottom right corner and we’ll hook you up.

What happens when my license expires?

An active license is required to use CheckoutWC. If your license expires due to cancellation or non-payment, your checkout page will revert to the normal WooCommerce checkout page.

Which languages do you support?

We currently translate CheckoutWC into 27 languages and we add more all of the time. Don’t see the one you’re looking for? Just ask!

Can I use my theme’s header and footer?

Yes and no. For several reasons, we do not load your WordPress theme on the checkout page. This allows us to maximize compatibility and increase checkout conversions. If you want to use your header and footer, you can do it with Elementor Pro or custom development.
