The credit card icons are hidden on mobile by default because screen real estate is usually insufficient to properly display them.
If you want to show them anyway, you can enable the icons here: WP Admin > CheckoutWC > Pages > Checkout > Mobile Options > Enable Mobile Credit Card Logos
